In 2015, Joshua was hired by IBM as a design lead. He used human-centered design thinking to craft digital tools for cyber security analysts, data scientists, and IBM consultants.
In 2010, he joined Dell Technologies as an Art Director to help build Dell's first brand team, Global Brand Creative. Later, Joshua was named Associate Creative Director and was tasked with helping to develop the company's internal creative agency, Dell Blue, a 75-person multi-discipline award-winning creative studio focused on telling thoughtful stories around Dell's latest products.
Besides UX/UI design, Joshua has extended experience in creative direction, visual identity design, printed materials, and photo/video direction.
